Well, according to SL it’s still the 20th, so here is today’s look 🙂 . For the first time in a while I ended up at Sugarcube, and picked up this colorful lightly flared skirt. It’s such a fun and flirty number. Somewhat transparent, but you won’t end up in your glitchpants because of multi layering. Less covering is the top of Lelutka’s Ontible dress which I’m wearing, so Blowpop’s white Yvette bra becomes a real part of the outfit. Maitreya’s white ChiChi pumps are the ideal shoes to match with this look.
I find myself being increasingly careful with accesoires. One well chosen piece is often more powerful than wearing a full set. In this case I have chosen the cuff of alaMood’s platinum Celestial set. The red Paula glasses from Artilleri are my all time favorite glasses in SL. No fancy scripts, not primalicious, but I love them.
I’m wearing Belleza’s newest skin Elle in dark mocha (make up 12) and Truth’s Drew hair in espresso.

Like when she made Sjors, immediately followed by Gwen (or vice versa, hard to tell) also this week Iki made a second release after putting Keira in the shop. Kiki is Keira’s sister skin, to quote Ms. Ikarus.
It’s a smaller release, “only” 8 make ups in the skintones cream, caramel and olive. Also, no red brows for Kiki, but instead the most subtle light blonde and brown brows (and the browns will fit a vast range of hair colours).
With Kiki you get the Kiki shape for free. It;s the one Iki used in the vendor shots. She’s a little too extreme for me, so I am showing you Kiki on my own shape and I love the soft look that she gives me. Also Iki has put in a bonus of sl2.0 tattoo hair bases, which come in 12 different blondes, blacks, browns and reds!

Iki is on a roll again. Today she has released Keira @ Dutch Touch, the latest addition to her ever growing skin collection. Keira comes with a whopping 15 make ups with the freckles and cleavage options.
But this time Iki has made the choice to make separate displays for the blond, the black and yes *drumroll* the red hair skins!!! That means not only there are red eyebrows for Keira, but also red hairbase. This look started out with a totally different idea… I wanted to join this weekend’s geekiness of the project Themeory, but then I saw the pink Unisexy Dungarees at Pig… and before I knew it, I was thrown back in the girly pink mood. I was at Niniko’s earlier and picked up this big shirt and since I’m running around in my undies more than enough already, I picked Très Blah’s grey neato shirt (former 50L Friday item) to make myself decent. Fri.day’s berry flats and Maitreya’s violet/pink long scarf complete my Sunday look.
Sayuri, Tuli’s new skin which will be released on April 22 is my current skin of choice, I’m wearing tone 1, make up 6 here and Maitreya’s Green II in bistre is today’s hair.

Release date for this stunning Asia inspired skin is set for April 22! Sayuri will be available in 2 skintones with 10 make ups and they come in a dark brow only, but with freckle option and cleavage option.
This picture is heavily photoshopped, because I wanted to achive this ethereal porcelain look, but below you see the various make ups, untouched, on skin tone 1. Skin tone 2 is slightly darker, but just the slightest bit.
I have not adusted a thing in my shape for Sayuri. Tuli has really achieved an Asian look in the skin that needs little to no support from a shape.
I may go Asian for a while. Sayuri and Grazia… it’s love.

It’s Veschi day today! Alla Ruff has tons of newness out, all so cute, and in a plethora of colours and options. I’m wearing the top of the Jump Her! outfit in seafoam, with the Jump Her pants wide in smoke w’belt. The turquoise pumps are the oldies, but still goodies Dahlia pumps from Armidi. A couple of years ago I had a run in with the creator of RAC, now known as Laqroki or LAQ, and while it was really unpleasant, I ended our conversation with words something like “if you ever make a skin which I do like, I would like to feature it on my blog”. For me that was a big “if” and an even bigger “ever” because it’s no secret how I think about LAQ’s skins. I just never even wanted to put energy in trying to like them, let alone use them. Put off as I was by price, marketing as well as skin quality. Besides there have always been more than enough people wearing the skins, and I’m simply not arrogant enough to think that me wearing them (or not) would have made any impact, positively or negatively, on the brand’s reputation.
Anyway, enough of the past. With the release of the blond Pearl, and a couple of weeks later with brunette Elena I have found not one, but 2 LAQ skins I am more than happy to wear. They are not my fave ever, for that they are a bit too glossy, and there are too much seams. But what a cute faces and a lovely belly, and especially when you compare quality to price, it’s just a very attractive skin, After all, 1990 L$ for a pack of 10 make ups, who is going to whine over a couple of seams?

[update] I could not resist and went back to get some of the mocha skins as well… I know, I’m bad…
A couple of days ago Felicity asked me about my preferences for Belleza’s new skin Elle… there was going to be a lighter, and also darker skin tones than before, and options for eyebrow colors. Now while I am always chameleoning… one day the palest of pale, and the next day a deep cocoa skin, I was thrilled to see the new pale skin from Belleza with the blond brows. When I woke up today, it was there… Elle. Now I’m a truly happy girl when I can put on some new skin, and Tricky’s are always a pleasure to me. Slightly saturated, but never over done, seamless for about 99%, with a very pleasant body shading and the right amount of contrast, cured nails and feet and a wide range of make up which are never in your face and always stylish.
Ok… get ready for picture overload, because this skin comes with 20 make ups (0-19)

Today’s look started with yesterday’s Flutter tank top from Whippet & Buck (50 L$ Friday exclusive) and Aoharu’s front knot shirt in pink. I wanted to go all pink, so I went over to Mentine to pick up their pink tight knee boots, but while there my eye got caught by the icecream colour packs, and instead of also wearing a pink skirt, I went to So many Styles and instead got the plain mint chiffon skirt .
Dakota Buck made the pretty lady skull necklaces for Whippet & Buck some time ago, and the Plastic Pink version matches nicely with the rest. Last but not least, I’m wearing Fishy Strawberry’s college glasses which were a 50 L$ Friday item this week.
I first tried on some really pink make ups, but ended up wearing Lelutka’s Ife (sunkissed make up 2) because about every other option I tried made me look SO sweet I got sick of it, and Truth’s Drew in night is the hair of choice today.

It has been the idea from the start that AFTER Pose Fair I’d set up a little shop, and I’m proud to have been offered to do so at Copley Square, amidst some of SL’s finest content creators.
Ever since the start of Pose Fair though, I have received so many IMs and note cards with people asking for a LM to the my shop, that I decided to not wait til after Pose Fair, but to go ahead and set up. Luckily Jori left me an offline last night that she had added my logo to the TP board already so there we are… /GEEZ/ has a shop now!
However, I’d still love you to go buy the poses at the fair while it lasts, because over there, all the pose packs are set to a 50% donation to Motivation. So, to put in a little incentive to brave the lag (which I must add, after a few days for craziness, is way less now) the packs at the fair will cost you L$ 250 and the packs at the shop are priced L$ 300.

During their thinger/wedding, Jori wore an awesome gown from Très Beau. Kimera Madison REALLY went out of her way to create a gown after a photo that Jori gave her. But more than that gown, what really made her own the outfit, were the pink wellies!!
And from what I read in her comment here… she really wanted me to post this pic that I took. Yes, Jori Watler, Mrs Trouble Inglewood, I upskirted you at the altar!!!
