Ok.. so I’m vain. When I found this dress at BareRose today, it hit me, right between the eyes… Must Have.. Now. I wanted it.. I needed it.. badl! Libido is black, leather, naughty. It comes in a modest version.. but I opted for the open shirt, and instead I have chosen this lovely red Applique bra from LoveLace to wear with it and to cover my breasts. With the red bra, Fleur’s scarlet leather patent belt seemed a goof choice to add some more colour, and the cherry gloves, also from Fleur are a natural finish of this look. I’m wearing SLink’s black Glamour plateaus and the sunglasses are actually part of Libido.

I’m not sure, but something tells me SL is not having its best day in history today. My skybox is a stylish grey… and so are my lashes and other prim attachments, and my hair is grey too… and consists out of unrezzed sculpties. So fashionable, really!,

Oh well.. this photo is the only one that I got right this morning, so I proudly present you , the look of April 3… I’m wearing the Toasted Plaid monochrome from Thimbles, available at the Toast Bard Fundraiser at Tableau, and Artilleri’s Nina High Waist pants. The red bangles are from +PLus and I love the flower in the new release from Truth, Sehra, which I’m wearing in Strawberry. My skin today is Bliss, from Adam ‘n Eve in skintone 2, with the Red Candy make up.

I kinda like how this photo worked out, and I might do the images more often like this. What do you think?

When Canimal sent me her Skellyflies, I was just working on an outift and I really adore this piece, so I decided to leave it on. I picked Kari’s/TW new school jeans and Calypso Giano’s “Love is a Gamble” top and since some lingerie is so cute that you don’t mind showing it a bit, I picked Popfuzz’ Olive Lace lingerie to add a little colour. And that lingerie set matches perfectly with Maitreya’s lime Slinky Stilettos. The green Moxie bangles are new at Pretties by JB, from Jori Watler.

Perfect with the Skellyflies is ETD’s new Chel hair, which I’m wearing in Espresso and The skin that I’m in today is Seduction, the latest brainchild from Mimi Coral and Rosemary Galbraith @ Cupcakes!.

Yesterday, while goofing in groupchat with some of the nicest people I know, Raven Callisto, from 7 Deadly Prims and House of Hucci (both currently under reconstuction)  asked me about my birth month and on my “December” she sent me this pretty Pearl and Topaz necklace with matching earrings. It was the base of this simple but elegant outfit made with Icing’s Femme Noir and Surf Couture’s Teal Chuny leather belt. The shoes are my fave freebies ever, the black slinky stilettos from Maitreya.

I’m wearing Fleur’s Shoujo Azalea spring 6 and ETD’s new hair Torwen in Espresso.

With  the new things that I’ve been doing quick posts about today, I’d almost forget I still have today’s look to post. So without further ado, It’s pretty much a SkinFlicks outfit, but the lace top and belt are from the Paige outfit, and the pants are from the Scarlett ensemble. I’m wearing the nougatine bracelet and necklace which were the prezzies from Muse in the Armoire showcase hunt, and Maitreya’s slinky white stilettos.

Since everything has already quite the golden look, I decided to just go along with that andnot looking for enforced contrast and picked Truth’s Gwenevere in Sand, and LeLutka’s beautiful Roma skin (light, make up 2a)

I was looking for something to feed my spring feeling and this pretty much does it for me. The cute butterfly patchwork slip dress from Uncle Wiggily is being matched by the gold Cole boat neck top from W&B (available soon) and the Scarlet patent belt from Fleur. I found the yellow classic pumps from FNKY back in the depths of my inventory and accessorised the outfit with the heart necklace from Icon and the red Melange earrings and bangles from Zaara.

I’m wearing one of the new spring make ups for Grace, soon to be released at PXL Creations, and Truth’s lovely Chelsea hair.

Dazzle’s Marissa was the first piece that I ever bought from Ginny, and I treasure it in my inventory, even if by now, there are more sophisticated designs out there, and in retrospect, many designers have drastically improved on textures. But hey… this was back in 2006 and the design is still cool. The system skirt has a great fit, and the top part is, even in 2009, very elegant. So I’m wearing Marissa top with Persona’s high waist black trousers and the Persona Helena black sash. Truth’s C. Edo flats are a cute Audry Hepburnish touch in this outfit. I have accesorized this look with black pearls from Caroline Apollo. They are all from different sets, but since the textures are the same, it’s perfect for mixing and matching.

Over at Soap I saw this funky Rocknrolla hair and got all greedy! I also got my hands on the cutoff camo pants and then I wanted to glam it up with Michami’s beige Stella jacket, and Truth’s new beige Aurora heels. Icon’s Heart necklace is chunky enough to stand up to this look, yet adds some femininity to it. The pouty look of the Mai Mia Midnight skin vol. 4 has plenty of face palm attitude to be the perfect match for this outfit.

*smiles* I’m feeling nostalgic lately. Maybe it has something to do with the endless boxing up exercise to get my inventory back to manageable proportions, going through the old stuff, deciding whether to put it in a storage prim, or to delete.. or leave it untouched in the folder and I found a lot of Opium stuff back. Things that I bought when I was a noobie. So when I was at Le Zoo the other day I couldn’t resist checking out Alaska’s shop to see what was in there that I didn’t already have.. and I found this pretty Dollie sweater, with belt and cami. I’m wearing it with Artilleri’s black Carla skirt, which is a near perfect match and then I completed it with Canimal’s Suicide Girls body grafitti, Decoy’s ruby Mraz scarf, Big Booty Big Money’s charm chain necklace and Truth’s Fire engine Mina flats.

I’ve picked a skin from Crush (light 2) by Crushed Clarity, aka Ivy Graves, the creator of Atomic and I’m wearing Truth’s Alicia hair, which I think is the best he ever did.

I found this cute green country boy shirt at Posh earlier today, and thought it would match nicely with my fave shorts of the moment, the Stein shorts from Whippet & Buck (available soon) I’m wearing them with the suspenders from the Kari/TW/CS new school collab outfit, Lucas Lameth’s Heartwood necklace and bangle and Truth’s soon to be released C.Edo ballet flats.

I’ve stepped outside of my normal skin routine and picked one of the fall edition of Starley’s Vogue skins (cashmere 3, frecks) which I’ve grown to appreciate more over time and actually looks good on me now (Vogue used to be one of those skins that one should just have for the sake of it, but it didn’t work well with the previous versions of my shape. See, I still tweak my shape every now and then, it’s a dynamic process). My hair is Exile’s Whitney in coffee.

Launa Fauna’s Isabeaux leather pants still rock my socks and hug my hips. I’m wearing it with another all time favourite basic in my inventory, the untucked Right Said beater from Last Call. I know it isn’t available any longer, and that it can easily be replaced with other tanks, but I totally love the shading on this one. Under the top I’m wearing the latest from Insolence, the bra from the Dolores set, which merits a post of its own (later this week). I’ve picked the Kensington boots from Tesla again, because of the perfect brushed shine that the leather texture has and Maitreya’s coin belt which has a pretty perfect fit for me, once I resized it like 15% larger because I’m so much bigger than Onyx. I’m wearing the purple huge necklace from Milk motion and the Claire earrings that Miabella Foxely made for LeLutka.

I am a bit in love with SLink’s new hair textures. I’ve picked Nicole this time. It comes with a HUD that allows you to pick the colour you want, adjust the texture of the hairband and slider adjust the size of the hair. My skin is PXL Creation’s Grace in Fashion tan, rose lips dark eyes.

As I unpack box after box from the Lelutka spring collection, another look got created with one of their creations. After the LeLutka spring event, and the incredible generous gifts of the ladies behind the brand to the attendants of the show, I found it hardto make a choice for the items to use in today’s look. I ended up mixing the Micha jeans, Gigi trench and Shanon shoes from Lelutka with the avocado scoop neck shirt and the new Jaquie hair from SLink! and oddly enough, I find the deep turquoise eye shadow of Fleur’s Vivant Marni 3 in buff the perfect contrast with the green from this outfit. The earrings are the olive melange earrings form Zaara.
