May I just gush for a moment here? Cory Edo from Trompe l’Oeil has made this amazing and very authentic looking Tuscan Villa for Collabor 88 and named it Cortona, after one of my favorite Italian villages. Home to the awesome Renaissance painter Luca Signorelli and more recently musician Lorenzo Cherubini, aka Jovanotti. It also has one of the best gelateria’s I’ve ever been to and on top of it, the movie Under the Tuscan Sun has partly been shot on location in Cortona.

I could write an essay over this little hillside town, but that would not do Cory’s work justice. I have done a massive overhaul on the sim to place this villa on it and now it’s full of cipresses, vines and sunflowers. The villa has little personal rooms, big enough for a cosy bedroom, a dressing room, an office or a bathroom, as well as a big central space where I have put the kitchen and the living room in. The tower like part I turned into a play room to watch movies or play greedy or for Darla to have some fun with her friends.
