I felt like playing some with my shape and while at it, I got this idea of focusing on the neck and show a statement piece of jewelry. Darla mentioned this pic reminded her of Audrey Hepburn. I suppose she’s right and consider it a compliment.

I love jewel tones, and Dark Raspberry for me falls in that category, even without gem name. I am wearing Baiastice‘s Joho high waist mesh pants and Cold Logic Hache top, also mesh.
Today’s skin is Sakia from Al Vulo and I am wearing an oldie but goodie hair from Maitreya, Green II. The little Cameo pendant is Miss Havisham’s Broken Heart from Yummy, and the Alexa wedges are again from Maitreya.
Starting at 5pm slt today is the Festival of Sin, and I can’t wait to see all the work that has gone into it, and the creations of the designers. I was sent a few review items and the posed stages from Tableau Vivant and the Vanity skin from Glam Affair are just awesome to work with. Also from the Festival is Exile‘s newest hair Famous for Nothing.
There will be one sin that will be retributed at the festival, and that is being a complete turd with too much prims and scripts on. So do yourself and fellow sinners a favor, indulge yourself in a basic outfit. Your shopping experience will be better for it!
These are the new mesh catwalk lashes from Miamai. There are not just 4 of them, oh no.. there are 4 series with 4 to 5 different lashes each. The Rainbow Warriors and the Birds series are the most outspoken, the Delicate and Evergreen series are more demure… well… demure….
These will be released later today and I just felt like wearing them with Glam Affair’s Linn Fantasia skin and Ikon’s Bahama green Utopia eyes.

Yesterday I have visited one of the most stunning sims I have ever been to. Spirit, a sim wide installation by Claudia222 Jewell is absolutely breath taking. Claudia got her inspiration from Bosch and built the sim in mesh. For a full emersion in the beauty of this dreamy landscape, there is a beautiful freebie mesh avatar available.
Please wear it when you visit, even if you are a guy and it’s a female shape because it is so much more beautiful when all creatures blend into the sim, instead of all people in different outfits walking around. There is a tip jar at the landing point. If you love art installations to survive in SL, please leave a little something to support the tier payments.
This is the new mesh gown Nightingale by Leezu. It comes with the gloves, hat and earrings and it has this dark fin de siècle look and feel to it. Leezu is adopting standard sizing, so that makes it easier to fit. Still, you’ll want to try on a demo which is always a good thing with mesh items.

This beautiful gown is Demi Valentine from Miamai and it’s one of the Valentine specials that Monica has in store this year. I am wearing it with the Linn Valentine edition from Glam Affair and Truth‘s new hair Vicky.
Tthis week’s color is so bright and happy. It’s again not an easy color Some people will see it as pink, others as red. I think I have found the perfect in between with this Kimono dress from Nylon Outfitters which was an offering at a previous Collabor88 event. With the bright yellow accents, it was easy for me to accesorize with the Python pumps and the Resort Satchel from Leverocci (both mesh items). Girls of Summer is one of the new mesh hairs from Exile, and I love it. I am wearing The Body Co‘s Ylang skin with a shape I am still working on to enhance the Asian character of the skin.
Finally, I decided to have Boris in the picture with me. He’s a huge Great Dane from Zooby‘s and looks just like the one we used to have when I was a kid. Maybe because when I pose next to him, I feel like I have the length of an 8 year old again. No, I couldn’t resize him and he looks fierce… but still, like our RL Boris, he is a puppy
