Ploom @ The Attic

Yes people, I have no life. I’m still housebound with a really annoying broken arm that is not in a cast and not healing as fast as I’d wanted it to heal, so instead of watching day time TV, I’m just taking a lot of piccies and annoy you with them :D
This hair, skin and pose (set of 6) Is Ploom‘s offering at My Attic. It’s open now, and you’ll want to buy ALL THE THINGS!

EMO-tions & Exile @ My Attic

I think today might become a hair day. Look at the lovely hair EMO-tions and Exile have out at My Attic! Honestly, I think Exile is the better deal here, offering a color pack for as little as 95 L$ instead of only black like EMO-tions, but even for a single color, the price is not bad at all.

New Mesh Ears @ Illusions

Siyu Suen from Illusions has recently released a series of gorgeous new mesh ears, and I am wearing the Sylph ones today. They are beautifully modeled and textured so you can quite easily tint them to your skin. HUDs will always remain a pain in the proverbial butt to some, but with the right settings (atmospheric shaders enabled) and a skin that is not too shiny, you should be able to get a fairly good result. You can also type in the RGB value of your skin in local chat, after clicking a button. The only “issue” I found is in the part where the ears and the skin touch. Siyu made the that part slightly transparent, so it will blend more naturally with your skin, but the downside is, there may be some alpha issues. Not really disturbing when you are just wearing your ears, but when you plan on a close up with a pixie cut hair…. yeah.. think again, or touch up your pic slightly.

Miamai’s New Bridal Collection

Stunning, modern, less than traditional, fashionable… just a few words to describe the new bridal collection by Miamai. It was my pleasure to shoot a few of Monica Outlander’s creations. I hope you like them as much as I do. Evelina has this gorgeous mesh corset over a otherwise pretty traditional gown. All the gowns from Miamai‘s new bridal collection come in a demure range of colors such as such as Oyster, Dove, and Ivory, but also in the traditional white, if that is more to your taste.Strictly spoken, Marlene is not a bridal gown, since it comes with trousers. But with the beautiful lace shrug and veil, it’s a very good choice for a less conformist bride. The feathers on the belt and in the veil are giving it that typical Miamai signature.I am so honored that Monica decided to name this gown after RL me. Caroline is a sumptuously textured combination of a traditional (clothing layer) bodice with a mesh gown and the jeweled veil is just stunning. Also, it was my pleasure to model the dress for Monica for her collection booklet. Thanks Moni!! ♥
