Look of the Day, May 27, 2009

Running between meetings today and it reflects in my outfit. I’m wearing Coco’s black jacket & blouse and Artilleri’s pink basic pencil skirt. Ume’s chain belt and Genesis’ Annah hoop earrings are the jewelry options for today. Last night it got late, so I’m glad I can hide my puffy eyes behind Skin Flicks pretty new sunglasses and on some days, even if I quit smoking in RL long ago, I just crave a pixel ciggy. FNKY! being my brand of choice.

I’m wearing Uncleweb’s Jeff hair in Angel shine and Tuli’s latest group gift, Hope (pretty, pretty, pretty!)

Fleur has marked down all skins 50%. Yup, you read that right, that’s 50% off, ALL SKINS! That’s Vivant, Allure, Parfait, Shoujo and the specialty skins.  NB: Vivant costs as little as 250 L$ now, the other skins are 500 L$

I love the Fleur brand. CJ is an amazing skinner who has never been doubted for his authenticity and originality (which apparently, these days, is quite an achievement) and Roslin is a great make up artist with an endless flow of ideas for classy and outspoken looks. I’ve worn their skins for ages and they have inspired me to many a photo. So yeah, I’m a bit sad to hear that they have decide to retire them all…

Ona brighter note,  there are good things to come. After the sale, Fleur will introduce a brand new skin line and I’ve had the pleasure of  getting to try on some betas.

    

It may be some time yet before they are ready, but in the mean time, get your discounted Fleur fix while you can, because I don’t know how long it will last!

Gala Paints it Purple for SLRFL

Gala Phoenix has made this delicious purple skin for SLRFL Paint SL Purple Day, to be held on June 1.  You’ll find this pretty face  in the RFL vendor next to her regular skins at Curio. For 1000 L$  (all proceeds going directly to SLRFL) you get these 2 versions.  So what are you waiting for… go get it and go purple on June 1 and facepalm cancer!
